RULES FOR PETS
- The animal’s behaviour must be controlled by its owner so that it does not disturb other guests.
- The owner is responsible for any damage caused to other guests by his/her animal.
- It is not permitted to let animals roam freely in the hotel; in other common areas, animals may pass through, but they must always be accompanied and must use a lead and appropriate muzzle, or be kept in an appropriate cage for cats.
- Animals may access and stay in areas where food and drink is served, as long as they are accompanied, on a lead with a muzzle, or kept in an appropriate cage; the animal may not just be held in its owner’s arms.
- Animals may not access the Meeting Rooms (with the exception of guide dogs).
- It is not permitted to allow animals onto armchairs, chairs, tables etc.
- The owner is responsible for repairing and/or replacing all items that may be stained or damaged by the animal.
Communication of any damage caused by the animal will be sent within 12 hours after the owner’s departure, after checks by the hotel staff. - Animals may be left alone in the owner’s room during the stay (day and night), and this can be communicated by hanging the relevant door hanger on the outside handle of the door; if cats are present and left alone in the room, they must be kept in their cage.
For any necessary communication regarding the behaviour of the animal when left alone in the room, on arrival the owner must leave a contact number at Reception.
Furthermore, to guarantee the correct completion of cleaning operations, a time slot will be agreed in which the hotel staff can clean the room without the presence of the animal. - It is not permitted to use bed linen or towels for the animal (grooming, pet beds or other)
