The Bistrot offers Italian and Mediterranean haute cuisine, revisited with a touch of modernity. The chefs carefully select authentic, seasonal ingredients coming from the fertile lands of Apulia and the Adriatic and Ionian Seas.
This is all accompanied by a selection of high-quality wines from the most renowned Italian and international wineries.
The Café – Restaurant, with its elegant, modern design, is the ideal place for a mid-morning coffee, a refreshing drink after a stroll in the centre of Bari, or an Apulia-style aperitivo before dinner in the Bistrot. The bright, welcoming environment that characterises the whole of the Biscardi Hotel is perfect for socialising with friends and family or meeting new people on holiday.
